Condition Monitoring:
The SDJ-101 acceleration, velocity, and displacement vibration protection transmitter, also known as a vibration signal transmitter, consists of one vibration transmitter and one SG-2 type vibration sensor. It can monitor the absolute vibration of rotating machinery, such as casing vibration, bearing vibration, and frame vibration, and output the acceleration, velocity, and displacement values of the vibration. It can monitor increased vibration caused by rotor imbalance, misalignment, loose parts, damaged rolling bearings, damaged gears, etc.
Measurement parameters:
vibration velocity, acceleration, and displacement.
Unit types:
Various rotating machinery, such as fans, compressors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, water turbines, etc.
Probe installation requirements:
Simply make a Φ30mm platform on the housing, drill an M10×1.5 threaded hole with a depth of 10mm, and fix the probe in the threaded hole. No operation is required inside the transmitter. The probe can be installed vertically or horizontally.
Output Interfaces:
● Active output terminals with 4-20mA or 1-5V.
● Local LED display showing transmitter operating status (Instrument operating status OK, Alert, Danger).
● Isolated two-stage alarm relay output terminals (“ALERT” and “DANGER” normally closed or normally open output terminals).
● Vibration values can be displayed via QBJ-3Q digital display, PLC, or DCS if local display is required.
● Suitable for certain explosion-proof applications.
● Buffered output of the original signal for direct connection to a status diagnostic analyzer (“BUF OUT” output terminal).
● Power supply: 24VDC, 220VAC, or 110VAC; 220VAC or 110VAC options include isolated power supply.
